Recap: July 15th - 21st.

Slight addendum to yesterday’s cleaning frenzy post. I also scrapped these huge stickers off 5 windows. Go me.

What we giggled at: Dang, not much giggling today. I will say that one of the funny links this week was exquisie, so I’ll link the post it was on and you can navigate your little tushes to it’s FL for your humor pleasure. News Flash!!!1

What we thought about: Not big on giggling OR thinking. dang, I’m slippin. Nevertheless, the closest to thinking had to do with Eric’s cleaning frenzy, because it’s what I was doing instead of thinking - working. deh cleaning frenzy!!11

FL: I just lost, but by reading this, you guys just lost too. Owned. (The Game)

Btw- why am I having to answer a math question when I comment?

Spelling mistakes are hot.

You’re being asked a math question as it tricks the spam bots that scour the web for blogs to leave comments on. If they manage to successfully leave one (i.e., it doesn’t get moderated into oblivion), they link back to their own site, which in turn slightly raises their google rating.

Before the math leetness, I had to individually moderate all of these comments (approximately 10 a day), which was agitating. I prefer this to blacklisting words, as that occasionally nukes legitimate comments… though if you are using the word “phentermine” (one of the previously blacklisted words) in a comment, I’m not sure I want to read it anyway.
