Recap: February 25th – March 3rd

Another week, another batch of posts still hot, having just come out of the oven. Let’s talk about what happened this week!

What we giggled at: This week Eric went to the Georgia Aquarium, and had some meditations regarding it that were slightly different than what most bloggers have to say about it. My posting of a job opening can be found in Monday’s post.

What we thought about: As is sometimes the case, this week was not a strong week for thinking on FFOS. As I’ve said before, where some want to offer a continuous stream of thoughtful commentary, I want my blog to be more of a place of retreat when you’ve had too much of such things, and you can come read about how I like to chase geese, for example (the chaser in that picture isn’t me, but it could have been).

Anyway, the point is, if you want something to think about, at least for this week, I recommend some posts from other blogs, hereya go: Ben’s “A Blog Ethic” or Nick’s “A Modest Proposal”

Anyway, a funny link is due to you, bloggereader-san.

Humungous 45,000 ton machine – the largest digging machine in the world – This thing rox my sox. It doesn’t look that big till you put it next to the itty-bitty cars.
