		<description>that&#039;s really insightful eric! thanks.  i esp. am intrigued by your &quot;leadership&quot; portion directed at the ladies.  i think i&#039;ll pray about that a bit and see what God has in store. i can maybe agree with that.  i think i might start putting myself out there a bit and being a little more volnuerable.  i really feel like the Lord is guarding my heart, so i&#039;m not completely afraid of rejection. happy thanksgiving!</description>
